New Year Surprises from CMK

As the New Year approached, Stupino metallurgists once again shared warmth and kindness with children from local social institutions by preparing special holiday gifts for them. Year after year, CMK continues to support the children of the special boarding school and those cared for by the Preobrazhenie Family and Children’s Support Center, making sure they feel remembered and cared for.

At the festive celebration in the boarding school, the Company's representatives — HR Department Head Ekaterina Polukhina and Deputy Director for Economics Mikhail Kakovin — warmly congratulated the children on the upcoming New Year. They wished the boys and girls that their most cherished dreams would come true and promised a holiday filled with joy, smiles, and pleasant surprises.

The celebration took place in two rounds: first for the younger children, and then for the older students. After a magical fairy-tale performance, every child received a sweet New Year gift. Anastasia Eremeeva, Deputy Director for Educational Work at the boarding school, sincerely thanked the Company’s management and employees for their care and attention.

“We truly appreciate this support and the fact that CMK remembers us and brings happiness to our children. The kids and their parents are very thankful for such kind and caring attitude from CMK,” she said.

Children from the Preobrazhenie Family Center also felt the festive spirit. CMK’s public relations team joined the center’s New Year celebration held at the Sobesednik Library, organized with the support of the Sputnik Dobra charity foundation.

The youngest children received bright educational play tables for their very first discoveries, while the older kids were delighted with sweet New Year gift sets designed as soft toys — warm keepsakes to remind them of the holiday even after the treats are gone. The room was filled with happy laughter, glowing smiles, and heartfelt gratitude.

And for those who couldn’t attend the celebration, the gifts were lovingly delivered straight to their homes. Thanks to this thoughtful gesture, every family was able to feel the magic of the New Year, so that not a single child was left without warmth, care, and holiday joy.
