On December 19, an important meeting was held with our key partner in youth workforce development. Andrey Zavrazhnov, CMK Managing Director, and Viktor Datskiy, Director of the Tumanov Technical College, discussed specific steps to train highly qualified specialists for a modern metallurgical enterprise.

The focus is on a hands-on learning model featuring:

• Tech Integration: Bringing advanced industrial standards into the classroom.
• Updating educational programs: Collaborative work on curricula to ensure they meet current industry requirements.
