Stupino metallurgists took part in the celebration of the Day of Physical Culture. As part of the event, a mass race was held in the Ostrovsky Park of Culture and Leisure. Applications for participation in the competition were submitted by about 300 professional athletes, sports and physical culture enthusiasts, and healthy lifestyle adherents of various ages.

Andrey Golubev, a deputy of the Moscow Regional Duma, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. He noted that the city has been living under the motto "Stupino Chooses Health!" for many years now, and emphasized the priority attention of city authorities, paid to creating comfortable conditions for sports and physical education in the urban district.

During the ceremonial part, awards were presented to the winners of various competitions that are regularly held in the municipality, bringing together the best representatives of the sports community.

Boost of Energy

CMK employees worthily represented the Company in the race, covering the distance along the park's bike path and finishing victoriously. Everyone who took part in the mass race received commemorative medals, specially crafted for the holiday.

After the race, the organizers prepared a sports quest, in which 16 teams took part. Three children's teams and four adult teams were registered to participate from CMK. The presentation of the CMK teams became a real highlight - the metallurgists carried out a huge CMK flag to the anthem of metallurgists. After that, the quest was launched.

The quest participants demonstrated their athletic skills, resourcefulness and ability to work in a team, overcoming various tasks. All the participants received a lot of positive emotions and an impressive boost of energy.

I really enjoyed today's event, - says the head of the testing laboratory Svetlana Melnikova. - I came here with my son and daughter. The children are participating for the second time, and I am trying myself in a sports quest for the first time. I used to participate in races, and I really liked it. And today I came to support the children, but I wanted to take part myself. Last year I saw how wonderfully the children coped, and I wanted to try my hand. I am sure that next year we will definitely participate with the whole family. All the participants were full of excitement, immersed in the quest - the atmosphere was very positive. The organization of the event was excellent, everything was thought out and interesting. The tasks were fascinating, I wanted to try myself in everything. I liked both the team and individual tests. Everything went in one breath, leaving only pleasant impressions.

The team CMK was remembered by all spectators for their dynamic, colorful and emotional performance.
