Stupino Becomes Key Talent Forge for Metallurgy
Jul 7, 2025
An ambitious project aimed at providing the metallurgical industry with highly qualified specialists has been launched in Stupino. Stupino Technical School named after A.T. Tumanov and three key enterprises of the district – CMK, SMPP and Aerosila – have joined forces within the framework of the federal program “Professionality”, which is part of the national project “Youth and Children”.
The cooperation agreement signed by the heads of the educational institution and enterprises opens a new page in the training of personnel for the district. This union forms the Metallurgy cluster, where the educational process will be closely intertwined with real production. Students will have access to modern programs developed jointly with enterprises, will be able to improve their expertise and hone their skills on advanced equipment and learn from the best industry specialists.
Guaranteed employment of graduates at cluster enterprises is one of the main advantages of the project. Young specialists will be able to start a career at leading enterprises in the region immediately after completing their studies, and the enterprises will receive qualified personnel that meet modern requirements.
“We see in this project a huge potential for the development of our Company’s personnel reserve,” emphasized Andrey Zavrazhnov, CMK Managing Director. “Investments in education are investments in the future.” We are confident that cooperation with the Technical School will allow us to obtain highly qualified specialists ready to solve the most complex problems facing modern metallurgy.
The “Professionalism” program provides for a significant upgrade of the technical base of the Technical School, which will make it possible to bring the training conditions as close as possible to production processes.
The implementation of this federal project in Stupino is an important step towards the development of the metallurgical industry and providing enterprises with qualified personnel. This development concept will benefit both enterprises and young specialists seeking professional growth.
