Scientific contribution to the development of Stupino youth

CMK, being a partner of Stupino secondary school No. 9 in the sphere of educational program, purchased a modern laboratory complex for the pupils. The high-tech gift initiated the opening of a career guidance room in the school's new building, designed for in-depth study of natural science and engineering disciplines.

Knowledge through experience

Sergey Muzhalskikh, Head of Stupino Urban District, Secretary of the local branch of the United Russia Party, who was present at the event, noted the importance of the development of the education sector for the well-being of the municipality.

- We continue the construction and repair of educational facilities. Next school year, a new school in the Nadezhda neighborhood will open its doors, which will help solve the problem of the second shift. Our young people should be actively involved in extracurricular activities, involved in various circles, scientific and sports sections," he said.

On the opening day, the pupils demonstrated the features of the new workstation by displaying their research data and instrument readings on an interactive whiteboard for presentation to the guests and demonstrated several chemical experiments.

New Opportunities

As school director Elena Semchenko noted, thanks to the support of CMK and the administration of the city district, young researchers have the opportunity to conduct experiments and scientific work at a level comparable to higher educational institutions.

New opportunities will allow schoolchildren not only to better prepare for exams, but also to conduct their own scientific projects, practical work, observations, experiments in physics, chemistry, biology and natural sciences at the basic and advanced levels, without having to travel to specialized laboratories.

Fueling the Interest

Managing Director of CMK Andrey Zavrazhnov expressed his hope for the continuation of labor dynasties at the Company.

- We want you, the younger generation, to stay in our city. We have recently reached an agreement with the administration to develop cooperation in the educational sphere and now organize lessons for schoolchildren to help them prepare for the USE in core subjects. Our goal is to help you master the subjects not only theoretically, but also practically. I hope that your interest in exact sciences will grow, he emphasized.

CMK actively cooperates with educational institutions in the district as part of the "Science to Regions" project. Vocational guidance tours to production facilities are organized for the pupils of urban and rural schools, as well as additional classes in mathematics, physics and chemistry.

School No. 9 is an advanced educational institution in our district. Last year the school took the 5th place among the schools of the Moscow region. Every year its schoolchildren participate in Olympiads and All-Russian competitions. The new equipment donated by CMK will help the children to conduct necessary experiments in various fields.

The complex includes more than 150 items of laboratory equipment, devices, sets, fixtures, assemblies and parts, as well as glass, polymer and ceramic utensils, tools and accessories, including a set of digital sensors, digital microscope with a set of microsamples, electronic instruments (scales, thermometer, dosimeter, multimeter), power supply, magnetic mixer, electrochemistry set, racks with stainless steel fixtures and much more.
