CMK offers young specialists a guarantee of a successful future

Working in the city where you live is the big dream of many students. Decent pay is not the least motivation. And what if you are studying and already get money for your future profession? Dreams become true, if the town-forming enterprise of Stupino - CMK - comes into action. In February, students of the Stupino Technical School named after A. Tumanov signed target contracts with the leading enterprise of the district.

An important event took place in the lives of fourteen students. In the walls of the alma mater there was a ceremony of signing of target agreements for students studying under the programs of the federal project “Professionalism” of the cluster “Metallurgy” with Stupino Metallurgical Company (CMK), which is a strategic partner of the technical school.

Carrying on the tradition

- The history of the technical school is inextricably linked with the metallurgical plant. Today Stupino metallurgists, making their contribution to strengthening the defense capability of the whole country, honorably continue the traditions of their fathers and grandfathers, for whose heroic work in the most difficult years for the country the enterprise was awarded the Order of Lenin, - said during the ceremony the director of the technical school Victor Datsky.

Studying under the programs of the federal project “Professionalism”, students who have signed contracts receive guaranteed employment and an additional scholarship from their future employer. This is a good support for students: excellent students will receive a scholarship from CMK in the amount of 15,000 rubles, while good students will receive 7,000 rubles.

During the ceremony, Victor Kalugin, Quality Director of CMK, Mikhail Kakovin, Deputy Director for Economics of CMK, and Yulia Kalinina, Deputy Head of the Stupino City District, gave their welcome speeches. All of them wished the future specialists excellent schooling and a successful career in their chosen specialty.

The production program of the company is related to the development of the aircraft industry. On everyone's lips

Among the fourteen students who signed an employment contract with CMK was a member of the Company's legendary labor dynasty - the Zaitsevs. The son of one of the dynasty members - Ekaterina Prosnyakova, Head of the Budgeting and Payroll Support Bureau of the Labor and Payroll Department - Daniil Prosnyakov, a first-year student of the technical school specializing in the installation and operation of gas equipment, also signed the target contract.

- From the second year I will be studying and doing internship at CMK. I decided to continue the dynasty because I have heard a lot about the main enterprise of the city from my relatives, and it will be interesting for me to start my labor experience among those who for many years have been walking hand in hand along the labor path next to my relatives, - so briefly but meaningfully explained his motivation the current freshman, and in the future - a future member of the labor collective of CMK.
