A Visit to Technical School

On March 15, Andrei Zavrazhnov, CMK Acting General Director, paid an official visit to the Stupino Technical School named after A.T. Tumanov.

The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with one of the district's educational institutions, which is a forge of secondary specialized personnel for CMK.

During the meeting Viktor Datsky, Director of the technical school, spoke about educational programs, employment of graduates and target areas of 2024. Victor Datsky also conducted a tour of the workshops and laboratories of the educational institution, where the latest equipment and the system of personnel training were demonstrated.

The result of the meeting was the formation of a strategic plan for further cooperation between the town-forming enterprise and the technical school for the training of qualified personnel for the needs of the enterprise.

- In the near future it is planned to sign a cooperation agreement, which will become a new stage of mutually beneficial relations between the enterprise and the technical school, - said Victor Datsky.
