The 29th International Industrial Exhibition "Metal-Expo" will take place in Moscow from 7th to 10th of November 2023.

The Stupino Local History Museum opened the exposition "Stupino - the City of Labor Valor" dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the city. It covers the period from the founding of Stupino to the present day. The exhibits presented make it possible to trace the whole chain of formation of the town-forming metallurgical enterprise, and together with it the town of Stupino, to see its immortalized military and labor feats, achievements of Stupino residents during the Great Patriotic War.

Good traditions are never in short supply. That is why the next CMK Friends' Race was held in Stupino again. The sports festival has already become one of the brightest sporting events in the city. The event was held in the format of fun starts on the initiative of Stupino Metallurgical Company and traditionally gathered a large number of teams - representatives of Stupino enterprises, institutions, specialized secondary and higher educational institutions, athletes and young people.

A ceremony of awarding certificates to the residents of the municipality, awarded the inscription on the Board of Honor of the city of Stupino was held in the conference room of the district administration. The certificates were handed over by the head of the city district Sergey Muzhalskikh. - On the eve of the city's birthday, we have gathered to recognize our best residents who work for the benefit of their native land. You are the residents of Stupino, thanks to whom our district is developing. Thank you! - said the head of the municipality.

What is a professional holiday? It is an opportunity to express gratitude to the employees of this or that industry for their conscientious labor and achievements in their activities. This year the 85th anniversary of the repair and construction shop No. 960 coincided with the Builder's Day. The solemn event was held in the conference hall of the trade union organization of the company.

Stupino residents celebrated the Day of Physical Education Workers with a big sports festival. The large-scale event under the motto "I Live by Sport" took place in the renovated park named after N.I. Ostrovsky in Stupino. Employees of SMK JSC became its active participants - a total of thirty representatives of the labor collective from the company took to the starting lanes and sports grounds.

The results of the children's drawing contest dedicated to the Metallurgist's Day, in which young talents aged from 4 to 14 took part, have been summarized.

On the square near the bust of Gurgen Vartanovich Viziryan, the founder of the city and the plant, as well as the first director of Plant No. 150 and honorable citizen of Stupino, representatives of all departments of the company gathered.

At CMK, the Youth Day was marked by another interesting event. We are talking about the intellectual game QUIZ PLEASE, which is not only a kind of assessment of the intellectual abilities of Stupino metallurgists, but also a demonstration of their team spirit.

At dawn on June 22, 1941, Nazi Germany attacked the Soviet Union without declaring war. Its air forces delivered massive strikes against airfields, railway junctions, naval bases, places of permanent deployment of troops and many cities to a depth of 250-300 kilometers from the state border.

On the eve of the Health Worker Day, which is celebrated this year on June 18, Stanislav Vladimirovich Levotaev, CMK Acting Chief Engineer, and Viktor Aleksandrovich Bukin, Chairman of The Trade Union Organization, congratulated the doctors of the Stupino Metallurgical Company.

On the eve of the World Metrology Day, the team of the CMK Metrological Service — Shop No. 260, celebrated its 50th anniversary. On April 26, 1973, according to order No. 207, on the basis of the I&C Shop No. 26, the CMK Metrological Service was formed with the task to provide the consistency and accuracy of measurements, reliability of control of product parameters in order to achieve a given level of product quality and production efficiency.

For eight decades, the metallurgical equipment repair shop No. 230 has been operating as CMK part. This is a significant date within the enterprise.

The Victory Day for representatives of the CMK team began traditionally. Without departing from a long-term tradition, they arrived at the Alley of Heroes and laid flowers at the memorials erected in memory of the Stupino inhabitants who fought during the Great Patriotic War.

78 years have passed since the end of the Great Patriotic War, but the great feat of millions of soldiers is still alive in the minds of the people. Despite the fact that more than three quarters of a century separates us from this historical date, it is impossible to erase from memory what the people have suffered. That is why every year on the eve of the holy holiday for all Russians, a variety of events are held to perpetuate the memory of the heroes. The Stupino metallurgists are active participants in these events.

Dear veterans! Dear metallurgists! Congratulations on the 78th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War!

On the square in front of the CMK central entrance, the words of everyone's favorite song are heard: “... Although they are not twenty-five, they had to go through a difficult path. These are those who rose with hostility as one, those who took Berlin... ” In the hands of many people there are red carnations, a St. George ribbon, which has become a symbol of Victory, is pinned on their chest. On May 5, a solemn meeting dedicated to Victory Day was held. It was attended by representatives of the company's team, CMK honored veterans, representatives of the district administration, Council of Veterans, Stupino Technical School named after A.I. Tumanov, Stupino branch of the Moscow Aviation Institute.
