First of all, I would like to congratulate the veterans who heroically fulfilled their duty to the Fatherland, their homeland, and their families at the warfront and in the rear. Special words of congratulations on this day are addressed to the internationalist soldiers who defended the honor and interests of Russia in a foreign land.
