Exhibition of the Future

The Rosmould exhibition took place richly and effectively from June 7 to 9 at Crocus Expo, in which CMK took part, presenting state-of-the-art solutions in the field of producing powders and products for additive technologies at its booth. The extensive agenda of the exhibition allowed the CMK metallurgists to hold meetings with key experts of the additive technologies market, discuss the most relevant topics of the industry at conferences and forums, consider useful business cases and get detailed market analysis.

The current situation did not prevent specialists from Italy, France, Germany, China, Turkey, Latvia, Iran and, of course, Russia from meeting at the same venue to discuss the realities of the industry, exchange experience and share practical developments.

During the three days of the exhibition, the Company's specialists advised the guests of the booth on various issues related to production capabilities, technological solutions developed by Stupino metallurgists, competencies in the field of manufacturing materials for the needs of additive technologies and other issues of prospective cooperation.

The sales department specialists held negotiations with the customers on the supply of products and promising areas of cooperation for the current and subsequent periods.

The special attention of the visitors of the stand was attracted by the uniqueness of CMK in terms of producing large-sized products using the hot isostatic pressing (HIP) technology. Products of complex shapes with guaranteed high level of mechanical properties are widely used in critical industries.

The quality of CMK powders used in 3D printing technologies was confirmed by product samples made of titanium alloy using selective laser melting (SLM) technology and nickel alloy using direct laser metal deposition (LMD) technology.

The exhibition made it possible to unite the key participants of the additive technologies market on one platform, who, in turn, in direct dialogue were able to formulate challenges dictated by the current situation and find high-quality solutions for the implementation of urgent tasks.
