It is impossible to stay on the sidelines, knowing that right at this moment someone is in particular need of attention, care and help, and especially when it comes to children. Therefore, for multiple years Stupino Metallurgical Company has been actively participating in charity events and assistance programs for social institutions of Stupino municipality. The provision of charitable aid is one of the directions in the social policy of CMK.

Thus, before the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, established back in 2008 in honor of the Day of Remembrance of Saints Peter and Fevronia, which was celebrated on July 8 this year, Stupino metallurgists handed developing board games and sweet gifts to the pupils of "Albatros", Stupino Social Rehabilitation Center for Minors.

This day was chosen for a reason. Its roots go back to the middle of the XVI century, when the Russian Orthodox Church canonized the spouses: Prince Peter Muromskii and Princess Fevronia Muromskaia. It is this holiday that has a spiritual, moral, educational significance and is aimed at the formation of strong family values, which become especially relevant when there are children with disabilities in the family. Only unconditional love, reverent attitude to each other, patience, respect, mutual assistance can become the key to a happy family life. So, on July 8, a game program called "Family Traditions" was held in the rehabilitation center.

The management of CMK expresses its appreciation to Svetlana Kremneva, Director of "Albatros" Stupino Social Rehabilitation Center for the opportunity to take part in helping children, to see joy and smiles in their eyes. After all, happy faces of children are the biggest reward!
