The Amendments to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for 2022–2025 are adopted unanimously.

Last Friday, a conference was held on extending the Collective Bargaining Agreement for a period from 2022 to 2025. The Collective Bargaining Agreement at CMK is a legal act regulating the social and labor relations between the employer and the Company employees.

S. A. Kononov, Deputy General Director – Technical Development Director, and V. A. Bukin, Trade Union Committee Chairman, have made a report on the fulfillment of key points under this Collective Bargaining Agreement 2019-2022.

Following the results of the previous period, a set of measures aimed at professional education, vocational training and retraining of specialists, providing social benefits and guarantees to the Company employees has been implemented in full.

According to the Company employees, financial assistance was provided to pay for healthcare, on the occasion of the childbirth, for families with multiple children, widows/ widowers with dependent children under the age of 16, in connection with anniversaries and retirement, in connection with the death of an employee or their close relative, as well as targeted social support to low-income categories of the Company employees.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement for a new period provides for the indexation of the established financial assistance and salary rates, as well as improving the conditions for obtaining social security in its individual items.

For the purpose of attracting and retaining young specialists in the Company, as well as maintaining their motivation for development and career growth, the Company has adopted the Regulation on the Young Specialist Remuneration Organization.

At the conference, the representatives of the Trade Union Committee and the Company management discussed the proposals received and voted for new amendments. This event resulted in the unanimous adoption of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for 2022–2025.
