From 8 November to 11 November 2022, the 28th International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo was held at the Expocentre Central Exhibition Complex at Krasnaya Presnya, where the whole variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy products, modern equipment and the cutting-edge technologies in the field of metallurgy were presented. Each booth at the exhibition was a real work of art: a modern design of a stand space was absolutely amazing. The booth of Stupino Metallurgical Company was no exception.
More than 5,000 guests visited the booth of CMK during the exhibition. Top managers and specialists of the company held more than a dozen strategically important meetings and negotiations, providing an order portfolio for 2023 and subsequent years.
When greeting the participants of the “main forum of metallurgists”, Alexander Romanov, the Chairman of the organizing committee of the Metal-Expo exhibition, emphasized that today metallurgists face an ambitious task to develop new import-substituting types of products. In some business, industrial enterprises are deploying equipment and materials that have no analogs anywhere in the world or significantly leave them behind even today.
The representatives of Stupino Metallurgical Company attended one of the key scientific events of the exhibition: the conference “New Promising Materials, Equipment and Technologies for Their Production”. The main subjects were the development of powder metallurgy, import substitution in the foundry industry and press-forging equipment, and supply of metallurgical enterprises with refractory materials. In general, more than 50 conferences, seminars and round tables in all segments of the metallurgical industry took place during the business program of the forum.
Visitors could get acquainted in detail with promising developments, new services and progressive models of cooperation at the booths of the companies. The main focuses of the exhibition as direct contact between the producers and consumers of products, demonstration of industry know-how, exchange of experience, long-term forecasting, discussion of promising strategies were achieved to the fullest extent.
The appearance of the exhibition space is changing, keeping pace with the present-day challenges. Thus, the desire to show a wide range of products at the booths step aside, giving the way to interactive solutions that combine information, visual and aesthetic components at the same time. The CMK booth naturally fit into the exhibition space, attracting the attention of visitors with a modern presentation of production capabilities and engineering solutions, as well as a range of products. It was like an “island” with huge screens, showcases with products, multimedia panels, there was a kaleidoscope effect created on one of them. Stupino Metallurgical Company was awarded a diploma for the highly professional organization of product promotion and a cup “For the Best Exposition”.
In conclusion, we may say that the 28th International Industrial Exhibition “Metal-Expo 2022” has once again confirmed its high status of the main forum of metallurgists owing to the participation of more than 400 top metallurgical companies not only from Russia, but from 15 countries of near and far abroad, rich scientific, practical and business programs, a continuous chain of the meetings and negotiations that the representatives held at the booths, a high level of preparation and presentation of the booth space.
