CMK handed letters of thanks to representatives of active youth for participating in physical culture and sports events held in the organization and the city district of Stupino in 2022. The award ceremony was held in an informal setting: in the meeting room in the company's management building.
S.A. Kononov — Deputy General Director — Director for Technical Development addressed the youth with a welcoming speech. Sergey Alexandrovich is convinced that the CMK youth has a huge potential for development. And this is the merit of both the enterprise and the representatives of the younger generation.
– “Today, we invited the employees who, during 2022, carried out useful initiatives not only for the production activities of the enterprise, but also for its social life” — said the Deputy General Director — “The company has done a lot of work in 2022. Since the activity of the enterprise was quite stable, we fulfilled all obligations in the social sphere, work with youth, the women's council, and provided assistance in connection with various life obligations of employees. The year of 2022 was especially fruitful in terms of youth policy. The core group gathered more often than usual. Other residents of the city were also charged with initiatives, because the range of organizations that we invited expanded. This also creates a favorable atmosphere in terms of the status of our city-forming enterprise. This activity is carried out in cooperation with the trade union committee, which is good news. And today we point out the most distinguished youth in 2022 and discuss plans for the future.”
V.A. Bukin, Chairman of the CMK primary trade union organization also addressed the participants of the celebration:
– “It is very pleasant that the development of physical culture and sports in Stupino has been going on since the CMK foundation. Sports traditions are growing and improving. We surprise the residents of Stupino with our initiatives, we participate in many events. All those present here are adherents of a healthy lifestyle” — said Viktor Aleksandrovich.
The celebration brought together the most active participants in public life from all over the enterprise. These are electrician of workshop No. 570 A.V. Kalinkin, process engineer V.S. Klimov, senior foreman of workshop No. 580 V.G. Knyazev, EDM operator of workshop No. 430 D.V. Seregeev, control engineer-technologist E.V. Ulyanova, senior foreman of shop No. 520 N.V. Filippovich and the head of the Consolidated Management Bureau L.S. Khodakov.
The meeting participants focused on both the results of cultural and sports events in 2022 and the plans of the CMK Youth Council for 2023. During the celebration, the activists were presented with letters of thanks, as well as awards from CMK General Director and Moscow Regional Association of Trade Union Organizations.
